Jason is a native Texan and a graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2019. 

Before founding Benham Injury Law, Jason spent time on both sides of the claims process. First, he advocated for injury victims at Texas’s largest personal injury firm, then he worked inside Liberty Mutual, where he saw firsthand how insurance companies evaluate and settle claims. 

That experience is what sets Jason apart. He knows the tactics insurers use to minimize payouts, and he uses that knowledge to pursue the full value for his clients’ cases.
